Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert enquiry in to Admission.
Briefing the details to Candidates / Parents about all the courses conducted in our Institute.
Takes incoming calls, processes sales.
Makes outgoing calls or cold calls in order to inform products and services .Answers questions and provide details about various offerings
Upsell/upgrade to various programs and services.
Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
Scheduling the batches and informing the same to the candidates and Trainers
Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry
Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
Maintain installment register in real time.
Should be active, capable to take initiative and target oriented
Candidates should send SMS/ mails to Inquiries on regular basis
